Second Twin Peaks Biker trial date set

Waco, TX – 33 months after the biker melee at the Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco where nine men lost their lives, former Cossack Cody Ledbetter, a 28-year-old diesel mechanic with no criminal record, has finally been given a trial date. 54th State District Judge Matt Johnson announced April 2 as the day his case will go to trial. Ledbetter is represented by

Houston and Hempstead criminal defense attorney Paul Looney who lives in Bellville said three important items were agreed to by Johnson including: 1. Individual voir dire, so the jury panel will not be tainted;
