Hempstead High School senior Wyatt Bush has signed a letter of intent with Trinity University in San Antonio. Bush will attend Trinity University on an academic scholarship and plans to join the Tigers this fall to play football under Coach Jerheme Urban.

Family, friends, coaches, teachers and administrators, along with fellow teammates and classmates were on hand to witness the event and show support for Bush at the signing that took place on Tuesday, March 5, in the HHS Competition Gym at Hempstead High School.

Prior to the signing, Head Football Coach Royce Hill recognized Bush as being a leader and true student athlete. “Wyatt is an exceptional young man that I was blessed to have an opportunity to coach,” said Coach Hill. “He’s the ultimate example of what a true student-athlete is!”
