Texas House advances resolution that could allow Texans to vote on daylight saving time

In November voters may be deciding to pull the plug on all those pesky clocks that only have the correct time 6 months out of a year.

The Texas House may pass a resolution that could lead to a public vote subsequently doing away with the twice-a-year changes that befuddled sleep patterns when springing forward or falling back.

In the past lawmakers couldn’t decided whether it was better to have that roving hour of sunlight in the morning or evening so nothing changed.
