Royal FFA Parade celebrates 2019 Project Show

The 2019 FFA Project Show Parade brought out a crowd of spectators in support of the show and the show’s winning FFA members.

The Grand Champion winners and Reserve Grand Champion winners were featured in one of the Pattison Area Volunteer Fire Department trucks with Pattison Mayor Joe Garcia riding in the passenger’s seat throwing out candy. The remainder of the FFA students walked the parade route.

The floats and other entries included a wide variety of theme inspired vacation ideas. Participants also included horses, a giraffe and large ape. While the giraffe rode serenely under the watchful eyes of Harris Garrett, the ape walked the route handing out candy and bags from the Brookshire United Methodist Church.
