WCMG host state-wide advanced training class
The Waller County Master Gardeners hosted the first ever Budding and Grafting Advanced Training Class for fellow Master Gardeners from across the state. With participants from as far away as El Paso, the local Cotton Gin 116 Venue in Brookshire was filled with plants and gardeners.
Master Gardeners worked on several plants including persimmon trees and vegetables learning to bud and graft under the guidance of Tim Hartmann,
Program Specialist IHorticulture Sciences at Texas A&M University.
